- A utility to determine the path characteristics between
two Internet hosts.

- An Internet Simulated ATM Network Environment, INSANE is
designed to simulate and evaluate the performance of typical
Internet applications in heterogeneous internetworks, which
may contain some ATM components.
- HTTP Simulation Package
- A dataset and C++ classes which simulate the operation of
World Wide Web (WWW) clients using the
HyperText Transfer Protocol
(HTTP).
This package is designed to provide a synthetic workload to network
simulators.

- An MBONE utility to listen for, and print, session directory
updates. Source code for this program is available in a
tar file.
